How do I make a database call within a DLL for Silverlight in.Net Framework 4.0?

I have a DLL for a Silverlight application that has a database call in its signature. I am updating to.Net Framework 4.0, but what changes will I have to make to the code in order to get it to run without an exception?
The code:

In.Net 4.0 things in Silverlight get a little more complicated.
You have to include a reference to the.Net Framework 4 Client Profile. This includes the System.Data.DataSet. The System.Data assembly includes the DataSet class, but not the DataSetReader or DataSetWriter classes that were removed in.Net 4.0. You will have to call System.Data.DataSet.ReadXml() to load the data and DataSet.ReadXmlSchema() to check the schema.
